TRUNO Issues Statement of Support to Retailers Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic

The following letter was released by TRUNO on March 18th in effort to communicate our continued support and dedication to the many grocery retailers we partner with across the country.  We stand with each of them as a mission-critical vendor while they serve their communities.

We are here.  We are ready.  We thank you.

TRUNO continues to stand ready for your company during this unprecedented time.  We recognize you are working hard to keep your shelves stocked, your team safe, and serving your customers. You are a vital part of your community. 

Our focus is on supporting and serving you to the best of our ability, so that you can place your focus on your team and consumers.  We see ourselves as an extension of your business and mission critical to your company’s operations.  Below are actions TRUNO is taking as result of the recent COVID-19 pandemic status:

  1. TRUNO is actively monitoring and strictly adhering to all CDC guidelines. The safety of our team and the communities across the country are our highest priority.
  2. The TRUNO service and support network is operating in full for all Priority Level 1, 2 and 3 calls. We are available 24x7 at 800.657.7108. 
  3. TRUNO will be ceasing Preventative Maintenance service calls until May 1st, 2020. This is in effort to focus resources on mission-critical activities and minimize on-site visits.   
  4. TRUNO is leveraging all remote support and monitoring technologies available. We’ve invested heavily in remote access tools and developed proprietary active monitoring software in order to serve your stores.  Now, more than ever, these tools are proving their value in serving and supporting you.
