Chief Operating Officer of TimeForge
Jonyce Putman joined the team in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer of TimeForge, TRUNO’s complete Human Capital Management solution. She brings to the table decades of management experience and expertise in the payroll and financial industry.
Director of Service
David Price joined TRUNO in 2001 as a Senior Field Service Technician and Tech Trainer. Since his promotion to Director of Service in 2006, David and his team continue to exemplify TRUNO’s core values, making the customer’s service needs their highest priority.
Director of Support
Bobby Ramos has been with TRUNO since 2001 and has gained valuable insight into all aspects of retail technology. Currently, Bobby provides strategic and operational leadership in all aspects of the support platform.
Director of Implementations
Julie Thompson joined TRUNO in 2006 as a Support Dispatcher. Today, as Director of Implementations, she brings together multiple departments and vendors to ensure a seamless solution implementation for every TRUNO customer.
Director of Warehouse Operations
Kerry Pope has been the Director of Warehouse Operations since 2009 and was the first remote field technician in Midland in 1985. In his current role, Kerry manages inventory and processes new sale orders.
Vice President of Professional Services
Previously over products and middleware, Michael Wagner became Vice President of Professional Services in 2018. He helps customers build solutions to solve their complex business problems.
Vice President of Toshiba Point of Sale
Glen Glasscock joined TRUNO in 2006 as a director of support and is currently Vice President of Toshiba Point of Sale. Glen is responsible for providing expert support related to Toshiba point of sale systems.
Vice President of NCR Point of Sale
Paul Willoughby joined the TRUNO team in 2008 as a product specialist for NCR products. Building on years of NCR experience, Paul manages TRUNO’s NCR product integrations and maintains customer relationships.
Vice President of Products
Greg Moody was a founding member of SAM Group, which TRUNO acquired in 2017. A retail technology veteran, Greg oversees product development and professional services across the TRUNO solution base.
Don Salisbury has been a Development Manager at TRUNO since 2016. Don leads an innovative team of software developers that build cutting-edge technology solutions for retail customers.
Vice President of Sales West
Since 2011, Patrick Huston has been the Vice President of Sales for the Western United States. Patrick is primarily responsible for growing TRUNO’s business and presence in the region.
Vice President of Sales East
Uwe von Sehrwald joined the TRUNO team in 2006 as General Manager of Sales for South Texas. Today as Vice President of Sales, Uwe empowers his sales team to deliver retail technology solutions across the Eastern U.S. region.
Vice President, Solution Sales
Jared Black joined TRUNO in 2014 as Director of Back Office. In 2016, he became Vice President of Solution Sales. Having worked in the grocery industry his entire life, Jared understands retailers and is able to guide solutions through consultative discovery, goal determination, and streamlining processes.
Director of Cloud Products
Prior to becoming Director of Cloud Products in 2016, Erik van Gilder was Chief Technology Officer at TimeForge and then Director of Infrastructure at TRUNO. Today he manages development and operations for TRUNO's cloud products, including TruCommerce.
Vice President of Solution Sales
Frank Colbert joined TRUNO in 2016 with decades of experience in working with retailers and technology as a founding partner of DMA. As Vice President of Solution Sales, Frank provides retailers the proper technology to improve their entire operations.
