Lubbock, Texas – October 25, 2019 – TRUNO, a national leader in integrated retail technology solutions, hosted its 2019 Client Conference on October 14th – 16th with over 170 technology leaders in attendance from across the country. The event is the sixth of its kind, and this year focused on ways TRUNO and its partners are making innovation a reality for grocery retailers today.
The conference kicked off Monday evening with a welcome reception at the Westin Stonebriar in Frisco, Texas, where guests were greeted with live music and dinner. The next two days were jam-packed with over 27 innovative thought-leadership sessions and panels on topics such as:
- PCI compliance
- Electronic shelf-labels
- Consumer mobile shopping
- Margin management
- NCR’s ENCOR point-of-sale software
- Frictionless shopping and more.
Immediately following sessions, attendees gathered on the Partner Showcase floor where technologies were available in a live setting. TRUNO hosted over 23 vendor partners along with TRUNO products in the showcase giving retailers intimate access to demo today’s solutions in point of sale, margin management, digital commerce, risk management, and productivity.
TRUNO’s TruCommerce platform was a focus on the show floor as retailers were able to see many of the technologies integrated into their systems through the product. The next TRUNO Con is slated for April 2021. Dates and location are set to be announced early next year.
