Michael brings more than 40 years of finance and operations management experience to TRUNO. As an accomplished corporate finance and operations executive, he excels at identifying strategic solutions that accelerate corporate growth and value. With deep subject matter knowledge, keen business savvy, and an agile management style, Michael has spent his career delivering superlative results in key financial performance areas. Michael possesses substantial experience in private equity funding, corporate turnarounds, organizational leadership, and process improvement, leading to an impressive record of exponential growth in corporate value under his management.

Prior to joining TRUNO in 2026, Michael spent three years as CFO at Masked Rider Capital. He spent the previous five years at Visual Edge IT. As Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for guiding the company through the COVID-19 pandemic and leading its transition from a print to a managed services company. Michael possesses an extremely strong foundation in acquisitions and profitability management, which he built over more than 35 years working with multiple document management and technology companies.
