Julie Thompson

Julie Thompson has been with the company since 2006 and serves as Director of Revenue Operations and Procurement. In her current role, she oversees revenue operations and customer billing across all revenue streams while also leading procurement, contract management, and vendor management.

Prior to this position, Julie led the Implementations department for several years, where she oversaw successful customer deployments and project delivery. With nearly two decades of experience within the organization, Julie plays a key role in developing operational systems that support financial performance and continued growth. She is known for building scalable processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
