TRUNO to Sell Labor Management Product Back to Founders

TRUNO, Retail Technology Solutions (TRUNO) today announced the execution of an agreement to sell its Labor Management product suite, TimeForge, to Anthony Presley and other private investors.

The sale of TimeForge allows founder, Anthony Presley, and his private investors to operate towards expanding the product into additional verticals, as TRUNO continues to place primary focus on the grocery retail market. The two companies will operate closely as separate entities to continue to provide grocery retailers with the leading solution in workforce efficiency.

Growth into additional verticals will afford deeper investment back into the product, ultimately benefiting our mutual customers – both current and future.”

The grocery retail customers currently shared by the two companies can expect business as usual from both entities as the transaction is completed. TRUNO will partner as a reseller and Level 1 support provider of the TimeForge product suite. The TimeForge Payroll module will maintain as a part of the TRUNO entity and will execute a rebrand as a result of the transaction.
